INGREDIENTS
  • 10 strawberries - fresh / frozen
  • 1 banana
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup milk
METHOD
  • peel the banana and clean the strawberries
  • add into the blender along with milk and ice cubes
  • blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth
  • transfer into serving glass and serve immediately

NOTES

  • you can customize this smoothie by adding different kinds of fruits
  • use a ripe banana for the best flavor and sweetness
  • adjust milk level according to the consistency you need
