RECIPE FOR SPINACH SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
- 2 banana
- 1 apple
- 1.5 cup baby spinach
- half lemon
- 1/2 cup water
PROCEDURE
- peel the bananas and an apple
- roughly chop into slices and add into the blender
- now add spinach, lemon juice and water
- blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth
- transfer into serving glass and serve immediately
- Enjoy
- you can customize this smoothie by adding different kinds of fruits
- use a ripe banana for the best flavor and sweetness
- adjust water level according to the consistency you need
