RECIPE FOR SPINACH SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1.5 cup baby spinach
  • half lemon
  • 1/2 cup water

PROCEDURE

  • peel the bananas and an apple
  • roughly chop into slices and add into the blender
  • now add  spinach, lemon juice and water
  • blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth
  • transfer into serving glass and serve immediately
  • Enjoy 
NOTES

  • you can customize this smoothie by adding different kinds of fruits
  • use a ripe banana for the best flavor and sweetness
  • adjust water level according to the consistency you need
