VANJARAM FISH FRY RECIPE |
JAYASHREE RECIPES
Vanjaram Fish Fry also called as Seer Fish or King Fish, is my favorite and we make it often for Sunday Lunch. Vanjaram fish is very popular in all South Indian households. In the restaurant menu cards, it goes by the name King fish. It is one of the healthiest and flavorful fish, packed with Omega-3 fatty acids.
Vanjaram fish is fit and firm and it has only one bone in the middle, so it is very easy to eat, and the taste was absolutely delicious. Fish fry is the best way to make kids eats fish without fussy and also this recipe has very less oil as its pan fried.
This recipe is very simple to prepare and easy to make at home. Vanjaram fish fry goes well with sambar rice or rasam rice or you can serve as a starter. If you like this recipe, share it, tweet it and pin it. Please do try and post your comments.
